Lüneburger Landeszeitung Selects NeoThe first installations of Anygraaf’s new Neo publishing system were at Abendzeitung and Frankenreport, newspapers located in Nürnberg, Germany. Based upon the great success of that installation, newspaper publisher, Lüneburger Landeszeitung, has decided to implement the Neo publishing system. Landeszeitung has been using Anygraaf’s earlier publishing system, Doris, for many years. Technology manager Herber Baumeister says, "We decided to switch to Neo in an early stage because we are satisfied with the flexibility of Anygraaf’s systems and how they have increased our productivity". In addition to the Neo publishing system, Anygraaf’s Layout Driven Workflow will be implemented. In Layout Driven Workflow, a pre-defined model determining a page’s layout is chosen when paper planning begins. This allows articles to be assigned to pages and specific locations and shapes early in the planning stage, while still maintaining the flexibility to make changes on-the-fly at any time during the assembly of the edition.
