Finnish Weekly Selects Anygraaf – KotiseutuPlus to install ad and editorial systems

Finnish weekly newspaper, KotiseutuPlus, has chosen Anygraaf for its publishing software needs. The installation will include the Neo by Anygraaf, and the AProfit ad management system.

KotiseutuPlus is published by LMC Media Oy and distributed to over 43,000 households in 11 municipalities in the Kanuu Region of Finland. AProfit will also be used by Puolanka-lehti, a sister publication in neighboring Puolanka.

The Neo publishing system is a framework for the control and management of the editorial enterprise. It includes documents, editorial resources, event calendars, ideas, projects, plans and planning tools. Internal archives as well as the Internet can be accessed from within Neo, centralizing and simplifying data searches. Neo addresses the challenges of the publishing industry by providing advanced tools for communication, efficient ways of routing material to multiple publishing channels, instant messaging and a variety of asset classification options.

AProfit offers complete functionality for booking, billing and tracking ads. Ad order entry and ad tracking are managed within a system that integrates with asset management and page and edition planning solutions. AProfit delivers time savings and offers customers greater access with capabilities to book ads, submit material and approve proofs via the Internet. AProfit lets users book, track and plan ad placement from one common system.

“I have previous experience using Anygraaf systems; as such, I know that they will provide a quick and efficient system to help handle an increased amount of ads. Anygraaf’s AProfit ad system will strengthen our business and make it more reliable as well.” says editor in chief Kari Kinnunen about the reasons why KotiseutuPlus chose Anygraaf.

Installation is expected to be completed in Q3 of 2012.
