Profit MobiConnect is a new module for the Anygraaf AProfit advertising system and CProfit circulation and distribution system for the improvement of sales, marketing and customer service. Many months of development have resulted in a program to assist in call tracking and logging as well as sales reporting; these functions operate in conjunction with the potential for increased speed and quality of customer service. These functions were developed with a Finnish partner for use with Symbian-3 phones.

Boost your sales and marketing

When calls are to be made to new or current clients, the system can provide the user not only with contact details, but also with a complete history of contacts and background information. Once the record has been accessed, the client can be dialed quickly directly from the contact record.

The system supports call lists, thereby enabling easy use of the telephone for sales and marketing campaigns. Calls made and the results are logged into the system once a call is completed, then a user can move quickly on to the next number on the list. Unanswered calls are flagged for callbacks at a later date.

Know who your caller is…and maybe why he's calling!

Incoming calls result in immediate notification on the telephone screen as to who the call is from. Once the caller is identified, the recipient can put the caller on hold, look up the caller's full information, or redirect the call into voicemail.

Once the call comes in, the recipient sees the reason the client may be calling…subscription renewal, annual subscription hold, or a new order. This information allows users to respond to client's needs quickly and helps to increase customer satisfaction since the customer does not need to provide additional information.

Call, book & confirm in ONE system

Magazine subscription sales, change of address notifications, annual subscription holds…all of these are done in the same system that contains the client information. One system means maintenance is easier and more efficient.
