Cus­tomer re­la­tion­ship man­age­ment and tar­get­ed mar­ket­ing

With CProf­it, the man­age­ment of the sub­scrip­tion cus­tomer reg­is­ter, such as the main­te­nance of cus­tomer con­tact in­for­ma­tion or cus­tomer types, is ef­fi­cient and se­cure. The cus­tomer con­tact in­for­ma­tion is con­nect­ed to the cus­tomer reg­is­ter, so that the sys­tem can be har­nessed to alert the user when the agreed con­tact time lim­it is ap­proach­ing.

CProf­it's mar­ket­ing tools can be used to con­ve­nient­ly tar­get, for ex­am­ple, tele­mar­ket­ing to a se­lect­ed group of cus­tomers. CProf­it al­so en­ables the read-in of ex­ter­nal da­ta, al­low­ing the sys­tem to be used to ac­quire new cus­tomers from the out­set. In ad­di­tion, per­son­al cus­tomer let­ters or bulk e-mails can be sent to the se­lect­ed cus­tomer group, for ex­am­ple.

Or­der man­age­ment

Thanks to flex­i­ble or­der man­age­ment, or­ders can be e.g. de­fine a dif­fer­ent pay­er and sub­scriber. The or­der can be cre­at­ed through an agent, the or­der pe­ri­ods can be of dif­fer­ent lengths, cam­paigns and dis­count pe­ri­ods can be linked to the or­ders, and the pric­ing lives with the to­tal or­der.

New sub­scrip­tion pe­ri­ods are au­to­mat­i­cal­ly cre­at­ed based on the price list. De­liv­ery and billing ad­dress­es can be changed per­ma­nent­ly or tem­porar­i­ly for a giv­en pe­ri­od of time. If nec­es­sary, the sys­tem can au­to­mat­i­cal­ly cred­it the mag­a­zines for the can­celed pe­ri­od to fu­ture pe­ri­ods.

Prod­uct man­age­ment

CProf­it can be used to man­age a va­ri­ety of prod­ucts from mag­a­zines to news­pa­pers. The re­lease cal­en­dar makes man­age­ment easy and mul­ti­ple edi­tions can be cre­at­ed for each prod­uct as need­ed. The edi­tions can be tra­di­tion­al news­pa­per pub­li­ca­tions or im­ple­ment­ed in elec­tron­ic form.

Man­ag­ing sub­scriber gifts is easy. The re­cip­i­ent can be se­lect­ed for each gift sep­a­rate­ly. In­ven­to­ry gifts are al­so man­aged by gift in­ven­to­ry ac­count­ing.

Easy man­age­ment has been cre­at­ed for the sale of sin­gle is­sues: the num­ber of sin­gle is­sues can be per­ma­nent, vary pe­ri­od­i­cal­ly, or even vary dai­ly.


The mag­a­zines are dis­trib­uted us­ing an ap­pli­ca­tion cre­at­ed in con­nec­tion with the sys­tem, which en­ables both ear­ly dis­tri­b­u­tion (anony­mous dis­tri­b­u­tion), dai­ly col­lec­tion (nom­i­nal dis­tri­b­u­tion) and var­i­ous over­lay dis­tri­b­u­tions. If nec­es­sary, mail­ings oth­er than the ac­tu­al mag­a­zine can al­so be de­liv­ered to the press in the de­sired for­mat, for ex­am­ple in ABC sort.

Billing and ledger

CProf­it in­cludes in­voic­ing and ledger. In­voic­ing in­cludes the cre­ation of check­lists, in­voic­ing runs, in­voic­ing print­outs, in­voic­ing re­port­ing, in­voice archiv­ing, and con­nec­tions to fi­nan­cial man­age­ment sys­tems. In­voic­ing can be im­ple­ment­ed as tra­di­tion­al pa­per in­voic­es, elec­tron­ic in­voic­es, or even cash pay­ments. Shared in­voic­es can be cre­at­ed for agents who them­selves bill their sub­scribers. Agents can al­so be man­aged through in­voic­ing.

CProf­it's ledger con­ve­nient­ly mon­i­tors pay­ment trans­ac­tions. Pay­ments are read from the bank's records or can be post­ed man­u­al­ly. It is al­so pos­si­ble to post­pone the due date of in­di­vid­ual in­voic­es. The sys­tem al­so in­cludes fea­tures for dif­fer­ent pay­ment meth­ods and re­minders, and cred­it block lev­els are up­dat­ed au­to­mat­i­cal­ly.


CProf­it's re­port­ing mod­ule can be used both sep­a­rate­ly and with the main ap­pli­ca­tion. This fa­cil­i­tates ac­cess to in­for­ma­tion on an or­ga­ni­za­tion-wide scale, e.g., for man­age­ment. CProf­it's re­ports cov­er a wide range of sta­tis­tics.

CProf­it works with, for ex­am­ple, Mi­crosoft Of­fice ap­pli­ca­tions. Da­ta can be im­port­ed from oth­er ap­pli­ca­tions or files or saved in csv or pdf for­mat, for ex­am­ple. Email can be sent di­rect­ly from the sys­tem via the de­fault email pro­gram.

Add-on mod­ule - Self-ser­vice in­ter­face for the cus­tomer

The CProf­it sys­tem has an ad­vanced cus­tomer self-ser­vice in­ter­face, which en­ables the cus­tomer to make changes of ad­dress and or­der breaks, as well as to or­der oth­er prod­ucts on the In­ter­net. The in­for­ma­tion is stored in the data­base ei­ther di­rect­ly or through cus­tomer ser­vice ap­proval.

Any­graaf's oth­er sys­tems

CProf­it works flex­i­bly with oth­er Any­graaf prod­ucts. The com­pat­i­bil­i­ty of CProf­it's and Any­graaf's oth­er prod­ucts en­ables the uti­liza­tion of a com­mon data­base, which, among oth­er things, makes cus­tomer re­la­tion­ship man­age­ment eas­i­er and more ef­fi­cient.
